Shipping policy

At VitaStrip Men, we know that prompt and discreet delivery is important to you. We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
  • Please note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All VitaStrip Men products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no logos, product images, or descriptions on the outside of the box or envelope, ensuring your delivery is completely discreet.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)

We offer the following shipping option for deliveries within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-6 business days): FREE Shipping

(Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays due to weather or peak holiday seasons.)

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes). We do not offer international shipping.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wocex.com@gmail.com or chat with a real person instantly using the button in the bottom right corner with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days at vitastripmen@gmail.com or chat with a real person instantly using the button in the bottom right corner. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
