Refund policy
At VitaStrip Men, our primary goal is to provide you with safe, effective, and high-quality products. Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return and refund policies are structured to comply with strict health and safety regulations.
Prescription Medications (Vinix & Sentrip)
Because our core medications are prescription-based and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, we are strictly unable to offer returns or refunds for these items once they have been shipped. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return or resale of prescription products, regardless of whether the packaging is opened or unopened.
While we strive to provide effective solutions, we cannot guarantee that the medication will work for every individual’s specific needs, as physiological responses vary from person to person. Therefore, dissatisfaction with the clinical result is not a valid basis for a refund.
Pharmacy Errors or Damaged Medications:
If a verified error occurs during the fulfillment of your prescription (e.g., incorrect medication strength or quantity), or if the medication arrives physically damaged, we will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion.
Non-Prescription Products (Medical Devices & Personal Care)
For non-prescription items, such as Vacuum Erection Devices (VED) or Personal Lubricants, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following strict conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
- Due to hygiene and health regulations, any personal care item or medical device that has its seal broken, or appears to have been opened or used, is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Start a Return (For Eligible Items Only)
If your non-prescription item meets the criteria above, or if you received a damaged/incorrect item, please contact our Patient Support Team at vitastripmen@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting and receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
