What payment methods are accepted? Why might my payment fail?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal.
Please note that Medicare or other medical insurance cards are not accepted, as we provide compounded medications, which are not covered by insurance.
If your payment fails, it may be due to:
- Insufficient funds or exceeding your card’s limit.
- Incorrect billing information entered during checkout.
- Your bank or card issuer blocking the transaction for security reasons.
If your payment fails, we recommend verifying your card information and contacting your bank if needed. You can also try an alternative payment method.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order that is already in progress, please contact our Patient Support team, as orders cannot be canceled once the medication has been processed. Be sure to act promptly to avoid any delays.
If my treatment doesn’t work for me, can I get a refund?
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, because our medications are prescription-based and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, we are unable to offer refunds. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return or resale of prescription products once they have been shipped. While we strive to provide effective solutions, we cannot guarantee that the medication will work for every individual’s needs, as responses can vary based on personal factors.
Once a prescription has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned. If an error occurs when filling your prescription—such as the wrong medication strength or quantity—we may refund or replace the order at our discretion. Orders are only replaceable if they are damaged, and you must contact us within one week of delivery. Returns are generally only authorized for unopened, unexpired medication, or for opened medication if there are verified potency issues and authorization from the Patient Support Team.
Do you offer discounts for veterans?
We are proud to support our veterans and thank you for your service. We offer an ongoing veteran discount, which will automatically apply to future refill orders under your current prescription.
To confirm eligibility, please contact our Patient Support Team and provide proof of military service. This can include a driver’s license or state ID showing "Veteran" status, or any other official documentation verifying military service.
Once your verification is received, the discount will be applied to your account immediately.
